As we look forward to this week's episode there's a nagging question on everyone's mind.  Actually, there's probably a bunch of nagging questions but there's one that seems to be the topic of discussion around the net.

Who's in the Coffin?

The theories are numerous.  Ever since last year's finale people have been screencapping the obituary Jack was carrying around with him in the flashforwards.  I've seen at least five different interpretations of what is on that crumpled up piece of paper.  One thing everyone seems to agree on is that the person is from New York and had a son.  Or do they?

Here at Stationzer0 the members have been trying to crack this mystery.  I'm sure that the producers will intentionally keep this secret a secret and won't give us any more hints.  Which leads to another question:  Are we going to find out this season?  I sure hope so.

Until then, share you theories here.  Please make sure to include any evidence to back up your theory if at all possible.  Maybe if we combine our efforts we can come up with a solid hypothesis and see if we're right when the time comes for the big reveal.

I personally think it could be Michael, he does have a son after all. Jack when asked said that he was neither friend or family and after what Michael done to Jack I very much doubt he would consider him a friend.....

Jacob, possibly, Jack's dad, is in the coffin.

considering the quarter I thought it could be Michael, too, but then I noticed it seems to be a small coffin, maybe not big enough for a man like Michael. Could it be a woman? Maybe the reason of Jack's "neither" is not known yet, it could depend on something that will happen in this season...

i think maybe just maybe its Walt or Jack father or Vincent ok Vincent isnt a good answer but its somebody remember its some one small Walt

i think it could be Ben, because Ben i not a friend nor is he family
