Tonights episode "Further Instructions" is Locke centric, the flash back deals with Locke's life after Helen as he drifts into a commune of survivalists in a search for identity. This theme would seem to symbolize that the real time plot, Locke's search for Mr. Eko, is a metaphor for his search for his own faith.
