In Kristin’s weekly chat at Eonline.com, it’s been revealed that she knows where Jack, Kate and Sawyer are taken to. They’re not together and while she will reveal the locations that Kate and Jack were taken in next week’s chat, it was stated this week that Sawyer will be locked in a cage.
Now, I don’t hold any illusions about these Lostaways, they’ve all done some extremely shady things either on the island or in their lives before they crashed. But Sawyer has had a rougher time than most (I’m sure and Boone, Shannon, Ana Lucia and Libby would beg to differ, but alas they’re dead and thus in no state to disagree). From the time that he’s arrived he’s been stricken with headaches (and made to wear girly glasses as a cure), harassed by every species of animal on the island, tortured for a crime that he didn’t commit, nearly drowned, stranded on a burnt raft, thrown into a pit, shot more often that 50 Cent and now he’ll be locked in a cage by the Kidnappers Formerly Known As The Others.
Ok, yeah maybe he deserves it, but it will be very interesting to see why they chose to kidnap him in the first place. So, why is he trapped in the cage? To be experimented on? Made to film a women’s penitentiary movie for Cinemax? Or to be pointed at and mocked for his girly glasses and his five-toed feet? Only time (and spoilers) will tell…
Also Damon said in an interview Here that he has an ending in mind of “Lost” and that it will be “happy… but tragic”. Now the interviewer seemed to take that as meaning that there will be many deaths between now and then, but I wonder… Could it be that Carlton’s hint at Comic Con is accurate and time is moving differently (faster) off-island? It would explain Walt’s LeBron James growth spurt, and it would be bittersweet for the Losties for them to get to go back home, but everyone that they cared about are all either very old or in urns. That’s my theory (This week) feel free to post yours on the board or in the comments section.
