I have to say, tonight's been an excellent night for Lost-related entertainment. Not only did we recieve our regular find815 clue hunt, but we had the opportunity to play through it while watching the season 3 finale episode "Through the Looking Glass" in the background. While some of us could probably have done without the factoids, which seemed mainly to serve the purpose of informing new viewers, it's still nice to have the show back on the air. It also means that we have less than 24 hours to get ready for the brand new season premiere--which, in turn, means the conclusion of the Interractive Narrative surrounding www.find815.com. So, one final update before the conclusion tomorrow!
Sam has another ocean vision tonight--but this one has a much less plausible explanation than the green light. The whispers move from tv screen to computer screen and make their appearance onboard the Christiane I, as Sam sees--and hears-- Sonya speaking to him.
A clue hunt follows, and the usual procedures apply. Hunt around and click on the objects relating to previous seasons of the show. After clicking on the season 4 clue object, go to abc.com and play the game. It requires you to navigate the boat through a storm. It's fairly quick and very straightforward. Take the clue word given and enter it back on find815. The resulting clue is a box, upon which are the words "Property of Queens College Dept. of Physics."
A new video diary from Sam is also available, and it appears the camera is acting up again. It contains an image of Talbot among the fuzz, for those who care to look closely enough. There also appears to be some video footage which Sam has taped over, though it's difficult to make out what's actually there.
Looks like the final site updates will occur at noon EST tomorrow with one last activity, and the maxwell group site is supposed to be functional just two hours before the season premiere. Stay tuned, folks!
