i saw a clip of a trippy airport sequance, bad quality, boone says "Someone in this airport is in serious dangour" Locke points to charlie and claire. "No they'll be fine... FOR NOW"

I would say this could be a foiler? Only because you saw the clip, but this is mostly about you opinion of what will come out of it.

with respect to the actual episode, him saying "im going to help our friend" to charlie no less pretty much implies hes going to save the only one missing from the explosion, eko. not to mention we see eko screaming and being dragged on the ground by the smoke monster/polar bear (?).
