Stationzer0 super-sleuths from the forums here determined them to be "Sam Thomas" and "I want answers" in a chat room ARG conference today. The phrases make sense considering we've heard that said in the first clip of the Find815 site.
What do we do with them? Well, we're working on that too. Come in and join the action and fun.

Just to clarify, this game isn't an ARG. It's a Lost Online Interactive Narrative... LOIN for short. ;-)
